Prints use museum-quality giclée Epson matte paper.
They are printed with Epson UltraChrome water based HDR ink.

Yes we ship internationally.
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

Because of the variety of products we fulfil, we package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment. Generally, posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps. Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and are then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they are wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. E.g. we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a framed print won’t fit in there.
My print arrived damaged. How do I get a replacement?
I received the wrong print size. What can I do?
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, check that the size on your order receipt. Though rare, it’s possible that we sent you the wrong size. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
